Services
Each bhvMD service is selected to be clinically meaningful and practically approachable — whether imaging happens in the office or assessment continues at home. The key is to establish a baseline, then repeat as often as desired to monitor for changes.
Portable, low-field, point-of-care brain MRI — convenient and patient-friendly.
Objective at-home sleep EEG that links sleep quality with cognitive and headache outcomes.
Structured cognitive testing to establish a baseline and track change over time.
The Hyperfine Swoop system is a portable, low-field MRI designed for point-of-care brain imaging. Patients remain comfortable without entering a traditional enclosed scanner tunnel, and the study uses magnetic fields rather than ionizing radiation.
At bhvMD, Swoop imaging can support brain-volume and volumetric assessment as part of a broader diagnostic conversation with your physician — helping visualize structural context alongside clinical history and other testing.
Sleep Profiler is an objective at-home sleep EEG study. It measures sleep architecture, sleep quality, and brain activity during sleep — information that can help connect sleep health with cognitive function and headache patterns.
Because the study is completed at home, it captures a more typical night than many in-lab settings, while still providing structured, clinician-reviewed data for your care team.
Neuropsych evaluation uses structured cognitive and neuropsychological testing to assess domains such as memory, attention, processing speed, and executive function. The key is to establish a baseline, then repeat testing as often as desired so you and your care team can monitor for changes over time.
Findings are interpreted in clinical context — not in isolation — and discussed with you under physician oversight as part of a personalized plan.
How it works
We keep the process straightforward so you know what to expect at each step.

Complete recommended imaging or testing — in office, at home, or both — with clear instructions.
Your clinician reviews findings with you in plain language, with room for questions.
Together, outline next steps — including when to repeat assessments to monitor for changes.
